Message from Samantha
I had a wonderful experience this week of connecting with an old friend whom I haven't spoken with in ages. It's amazing how life flies by and before you know it 10 years has pasted. I think it is especially true when you have children, you see time every day as you watch them grow.
The wonderful thing about old friends is they just know so much about you and who you are. They say old friends aren't always good friends though sometimes they are like a comfy pair of slippers. As we all move forward with our evolutionary processes and our vibrational energy increases we are constantly clearing ourselves from "stuff". I know I have had a huge "stuff clearing" week this week (I'm also on a detox so that is probably part of the reason). I was on the phone to my oldest & dearest friend last night for a short "life coaching" session to help me keep things in perspective and remind me of all the things I already know. Sometimes everyone needs a verbal "slap" to put you back on track again. Thank you to Rachel & my husband this morning for both putting me back on track.
We need to remember we are all highly perceptive beings and sometimes the "stuff" we decide to take on, isn't even ours, recognise it and set it free. You are doing no one a service by holding onto it. Sometimes you just need to pick up the phone, send an email or even write it down to get things into perspective. If you as fortunate as I am to have a couple of really wonderful friends, it's OK to vent. Often talking about it will actually give you a clearer perspective and then you realise that there really isn't anything there at all. It was just your mind playing tricks.
Friends are like precious butterflies, with their inner beauty they can truly take your breath away and make you smile in the same instant.
I hope you all enjoy this months articles, we have lots of events coming up and lots of new writers & presenters so please make sure you visit our seminar & events page.
Have a great month,
Love & blessings
