Jayme Paris and her journey to the Beijing Paralympic Games

I received this beautiful email today from Tracey, Jayme's Mum and thought I would share it with you all.

Hi there

All good is good in the Paris household but anxiously waiting for the Official Team Announcement on 6th June. Jayme is feeling very confident and determined to bring home a medal, as after the final trial day, Saturday 24th May, Jayme is still the top Australian Female. She is looking forward to doing extra bike work from now until they leave for the Training Camp in Perth on August 6th and then from there on August 31st straight onto Beijing with only a 5 minute stop in Sydney to give us a kiss till we see her again in Beijing on her first day of racing 7th September. Steve and I are so proud there isn't enough room in our hearts for all the pride we just can't wait to see her face when her name comes up on the Cycling Australia Website and we are so looking forward to being able to finally send out that all important email to everyone saying just two words "She's Going!".
